DRA Bootcamp starting in December!

If you are a new mom and concerned about how to get back to exercise, or if you have heard of Diastasis Recti Abdominis and want to learn how to prevent and heal it, THIS CLASS IS FOR YOU!!

Once a week for 4 weeks we will spend 30-40 minutes on Education, Screening, Muscle Facilitation and Isolation, Coordination, and Strengthening as it specifically applies to preventing and healing diastasis recti abdominis.

This class is appropriate for you if you are at least 2 weeks postpartum regardless of vaginal or ceasarian delivery, and it is strongly recommended you complete the class PRIOR to starting any core exercise or other rigorous exercise program postpartum.

Sessions will be limited to small groups of no more than 4 to ensure proper supervision and performance of all exercises. It is strongly recommended you commit to being at all 4 classes, as there is a careful progression of exercises.
