Happy fall! Despite the turmoil of our society in the past months we are here, as always, to focus on YOU and helping you care for your body and get the movement and exercise you need to keep you sane and out of pain!
First, we are thrilled to announce that our family is growing! Dr. Kim Seymour, DPT has joined our team in Pacific Beach! She brings with her a wealth of experience and passion for pre and postnatal care and athleticism, as well as the perspective of a competitive soccer player and certified running coach. Dr. Kim is a native San Diegan and mother of 2, so she is well qualified to hear and understand your story and help you move on to the next chapter of your recovery.

We have also welcomed a fabulous new office assistant to help you with all your billing, scheduling, and child watch needs! Kellsie Stevenson is a native San Diegan, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), and mother of 2, who will be greeting you on the phone and in the office. Speaking of running, as we enter into another round of gym closures and limited opportunity for rigorous exercise, I wanted to remind you that if you are not running due to PAIN or BLADDER problems, we can help!! (if you’re not running because you hate it, no worries – spend your energy on something you love!)
